The pre-cleanse phase prepares your bowel for the cleansing fast. It is a 2 day pre-cleanse regimen to help loosen up the bowels and prepare your GI system for a 3 day cleanse fast regimen.

1. Take Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass for at least one week.

2. Three days before the program, reduce meal portion size by 30% on the first day, 50% on the second day and 70% on the 3rd day and shift your diet to fruits and vegetables.

3. Drink a lot of water.

Note: Reduce cigarette, alcohol, coffee, tea, fried foods and other bad habits that might affect the colon cleansing process.

Take light meals. Cut down on meat, oil and sugar. Consume more vegetables and fruits.

1. Drink plenty of water (at least 5-6 liters per day). High fiber fruit juice may also be taken to improve the detoxification process.

2. Be committed

3. Have a good rest and sleep. Go to bed at least before 11 pm.

4. Try to avoid sex and masturbation.

5. Do take any medication prescribed by your doctor especially those with chronic diseases such as high blood presure and diabets.

6. Try to liase closely with the nutritionist during the cleansing period.

8. Do some light exercises

1. Preferably done in the morning upon waking up and in the evening before bed time.

2. Lie on your back with knees slightly bent.

3. Massage should be done starting the lower right side of the abdomen, moving upward the ascending colon, across the traverse colon and down the descending colon.

4. Simultaneously press the contents of the abdomen using the third finger with circular kneading action or use the knuckles to apply deep pressure one after the other following the course of the large intestine.

5. Repeat the process as often as you want.

Pre-Cleanse Phase

It is important that you prepare your body, especially your gastrointestinal system, for the So Easy 3 Day Cleanse program. To prevent adverse reactions like dizziness, headache and bloating you must undergo a 3-day pre-cleanse period where your calorie intake is gradually reduced.

Post-Cleanse Phase

You have finally reached the Post-Cleanse Phase. Meals for the 3-day post-cleanse vary in consistency from liquid nourishment to soft then to balanced nourishment. As you develop healthy eating habits, you are supporting a healthy digestive tract.
